HELD MAROH 3rd 1936
Pursuant to due O&~l and notice thereof,a regular meeting of the
Village Council-of the Village of Mound, was held in their Council
room, on the 3rd day of March 1936..

Feb 29th 1956, and approved as read.'
Motion by Yost seconded by Horton, that an ordinance be drawn to
License Pin Ball Mahoines as follows;
One Ball Machines $75.00 per year, Ten Ball Machines
per year, no License to be issued for less than one year,
Motion Carried.
Mr.F.S.Workman appeared before the Council asking for a License to
o~erate a Moving Picture Theatre , in the .Village. of Mound, he presented
he presented plans of proposed building, and enid Theatre would be
open on August let 1936 .
After some discussion, A motion was made by Trustee Mazoh seconded by
Yost, that Mr. F.S.Workman be allowed to operate a Moving Picture
Theatre in the Village of Mound for the year of 1936 without charge,
and a Building permit be gramted at once to Mr. Workman, it being
understood that the Theatre would be in operation on or before
August let 1936, Motion 0arried.
The bills were read and on motion by Ma=oh seconded by Y0st that
bills be paid and the Clerk draw warrants for same,

* * *MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING HELD MARCH Z4th 1936 * * * * *
Pursuant to due call end notice thereof, a Special Meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Mound, was held in the Council Room
March ~4 th1936 at 7:30 P.M.
Officers present, W.O.Huestie President, March, Yoet, Tuff & Horton,
The President stated the meeting was called for the purpose of deciding
the matter of icing the Hennepin County Welfare Board for the balance
of the year 1956, or as long as the Council saw f~t to do so, and after
some disscussion, a Motion was made by Yoet, seconded by March, That
the Village of Mound enter into a Contract with the Hennepin County
Welfare Boardfor Nine months, with the understanding that the Village
can withdraw at the end of any month , by giving 15 days notice to the
Board, also provided that the amount expended does not exceed the sum
of ~1800.00 for the next nine months, Motion 0arried.
A Motion by March seconded by Tuff, that Geo,R. Oole be allowed $30.00
for extra work and expense for the months of J&n'y, Feb & March 1936
