Mound Village 0ouncil, was held in their ~ouneil Room, A~ril ?th1936
at 7:30 P.M..
0fficere present; W.C.Huestis President, Yoet, March, Tuff & Herren.
The minutes of the last regular meeting and of the Special meeting
held March B4th 19~6 'were read and approved as read..
Motion by Tuff seconded by March,that the "OFF & ON SALE" Licenses
of W.I.Davis, Mrs 1.0'Neill, Peter Sollie, J.S.Carleon, be extended
to July let 1936, and the "ON SALE" License of Cecil Chapman be exten-
ded to July let 1936, also the .OFF SALE License of A.Hastings .be
extended to July let 1938, and the .Village Clerkbe instructed to
collect the proper amounts due for such extension, from ea6h 'of the
&boys named persons,for such extensions of .OFF & ON SALE" Licensee
for the sale of non-intoxicating malt liquor in their respective
pl&cee of business as per the signed applications on file, which
expire April let 1936. Motion C&rried.
ORDINANCE NO. 3S
AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE FEES FOR THE, ON SALE NON-INTOXICATING
MALT LIQUOR LICENSES.
THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUND DO ORDAIN.'
Se0~i°~-~. The fee for a license for the ,on sale" of non-intoxicating
malt liquor havin~ an alcoholic content of not more than 3. B per cent
by weight shall be $~0.00 per annum.
This shall apply to all such licensee hereafter granted.
SeCtiOn _No~.~ Ail ordinance~ or parts of ordinances inconsistent
herewith are hereby modified and repaaled, as far as such conflict

The above Ordinance shall be in effect on and after July let 19~6.
A motion for the adoption of the above Ordinance was made by Trustee
Yost seconded by Herren, Motion Carried t~namiuuely.
