Resolved that the Police Department ~ of this Villageo£ Mound~ be
authorized to Finger Print any law violator arrested in the Viliag%e

permission to build a concrete smdewalk ~d gutters~ level With the
roadway adjoinmng the Theatre Bumldmng on the Soutn~ for the purpose
giving adequate drainage from rooI' oi' samd Bidg~ to the rear~
Motion Carried.

bills be Paid and clerk draw Warrants for same~ Motion Carried.
