Pursuant to due call and notice thereo£; a Special meeting of the
Mound Village ~oun~l was held in their Council aoom May lbth 1936
at 8:00 P.M.
Ol'ficers pre~ent: W.C.Hues%is Preslden%~ Mac~ Yos%~ Tuff' & Horton.
The President stated t~ meeting was called for th~ purpose
6f considering Ordinance #38 and ~ts adoption, and whatever other
business may appear.
~otion by Tuff that Ordinance #36 be adopted as read with the
$18.00 License for pinball machines,
Motion was seconded by Yost and on roll call; Yays Tui'f, Yost, Horton
and Ma~¢h, Nays; none. The ordinance was declared duly passed anS
adopted.
Oiling or Streets and roads will be done on petition only.
Mo%ion byYost Seconded Dy~rch~ that owizg to an Emergency
health n~asure, due to the flooding o~ t~~ Athletic Field and Ball
Park~ part of which is o%~ed by the Village, on account of broke~
tile~ the School Board and the Vi±lage Council agreed to each pay half
of the expense of repairs, and that an order or Warrant be drawn in
favor of Walter T. ~adsen for the sum of $1~.97.

A Petition for extension of the water main in Shirley ai±ls~
passing Lots 28~ ~9, & ~0 Blk. $ and Lot 2 Blk I Unit B~ signed
by the property owners was read,

referred to the Supt. of the Water Works, and he to report at the
next meeting.
MotiOn Carried.
Report of the Supt. of Water Wc~ks said that Tools were needed
for repairing and the laying of Water Mains to the a~ ount o±' $148.00
Motion by March Seconde~ by Yost, that an order be placed
the necessary tools, the Amount not to exceed $150.00
Motion Carried.
