Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Special Meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Mound waa held in their Couneil
room on the 2bth day of June 1936 at 8 P.~.
Officers present: W. C. Huestis~ President~ Yost~ ~%rm Tuff &
Horton.
Th= President stated the meetzng had been called to consider a
Petztion presented to the Council~ for the Clos~ o~ the places
where non-invoxicating malt liquor was sold~ at. la o'clock P.E.
seven nights in the week.
A~ter considerable uiscussion by the ~0 citizens present with
the Council~ Trustee ~,Jarch made a Eotion that action on the ~tition
be de~erred until the next meeting L~onday~ June ~$th~ 1~6 at 8 P.M.
Motion was seconded by Tuff. ~otion carried.

of considering ~he petition regarding the Closing hour oi' the Restaurants
where Non-into×icating malt liquor was sold.
After due consideration a motion by Trustee Tui'f~ seconded by
Trustee Yost~ that %he p=tmtlon oe laid on the table, ldotion carried.
