Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Special Meeting of
the ~illage Council o~:' the Village oi' ~ound was held in their Council
room on the 2bt~h day of June 1936 at 8 P.M.
Officers present: W. C. Huestis, President, Yost, ~rm Tuff &
Horton.
TM President stated the meeting had been called to consider a
Petmtion presented to the Council, for the Closing oi' the places
where non-intoxicating malt liquor was sold~ at 1E o'clock P.M.
seven nights in the week.
A~ter considerable ~iscussion by the 40 citizens present with
the Council, Trustee ~,~arch made a Motion that action on the ~tition
be defferred until the next meeting LIonday, June 29th, 193~ at 8 P.M.
Motion was seconded by Tuff. Motion carried.

June 1956 at 8 P.M.
Officers ~-esent: W.C. Huestis, President; Trustees Yost~ Marm ~
Tuff & Horton.
The ~resident stated this meeting had been called for the purpose
of considering zhe petition regarding the Closing hour oi' the Restaurants
where Non-intoxicating malt liquor was sold.
After due consideration a motion by Trustee TuiT~ seconded by
Trustee Yost, that zhe p~tition oe laid on the taDle. 1,1orion carried.
