Pursuant to dne calll and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting of the
Mound Village Coun~c~.~ was held in their Coundl Room, on th e 4'~h day
of August 1936 at $.00 P.M..
OfFicers present; W.C.Huestis President, March,Yost, Tuff & Horton.
The minutes of the last regular meeting were read and approved as read
The Application o~ James S.DawsonMgr. for Bec~us Road Show, for a
License to appear for one wee~ in August, 1.00 ~ee accompanied the
Application.
The opinion of the Council was not favorable , therefore the
License was not granted.
The Application of Esther West , to operate a PinnBall Ma~ine at
Aron Hastings Log Cabin Ca~e, was granted on motion o~ Tuff Seconded by
Ma~ch, Motion carried .
The application of GeoM. Reichert for permit to erect an0xl and Service
Station at Seton was teac and on motion by TufI' Seconded by Yost
that permit be issued to GeoM. Reichert to erect an0il&Service
Station at Seton, Motion Carrreid.
The Application of Orlie Parker £or a permit to erect a Service station
in Mou nd was read and on Motion by Tuff seconded by Yost, that
permit be granted to 0rlie Parker to erect a Service Station in Mound
~Motion Carried.
Motion by Tuf~ seconded 0yMarch, That the School Board be permitted
to place Warning Signs, where it is deemed necessary by the School
Board, Motion Carried.
Trustee Yost offered the ~ollowing Resolution and moved its adoption
Whereas; Petition ha~ Oeen made by a msjority of the owners of land
abbuttingupon Yost Street, Mound Minn. for the Vacation of said
Yost Street, and Notice navxng ~een given to all persons interested
by one weeEs publication o~ Notice Of Hearing on the Ath day of Aug
19S6, in the MinnetonkaPilot, and all persons interested having
appeared, and the matter naving been duly heard, and it having been
found for the interest of the public, that such Street be vacated,
Now W~erefore be it hereby resolved that said Yost'Street maybe
and it is hereby declared vacated, %

be paid and the Clerk draw warrants ~or same,
