opinion of this Council it was not responsiSle for bill rendered.
Letter from the Sec'y of the Excelsior Fire Department, was read, and
Clerk ins~ructed to reply, that in the Opinion of this Council the
Village oi' Mound was in no way liable for this bill.
The Application of G.G.McGrath , for and OFF & ~N SALE License for
sale of Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor, in the Huff Bldg, McGrath
havingpurchased the AiWes%on business, Said Application was
accompanied by the required Fee, for OFF & ON SALE also for License
for soft drinks, Total of $46.~b to July 1st L~Sy, after due
consideration , a Motion was made by Trustee Yost seconded by Tuff,xZ~
tha% Licenses be gran~e~ , suoje~% ~o approval o~ tne Investigating
Committee, Motion Carried.
Applications for bumldmng permits were teac as follows;
Peter Widmer for a Home,and E.J.Bserke to Erect a Garage Service
Station, Motmon by Marcn seconded by Yost that Building Permits
'be granted to Peter Widmer and E.J.Bjerke, Motion Carried.
The Bills were read, and ~n Motion by March ,seconded by Horton
tnat Bills be paid and Clerk draw warrants for same~
