1937-03-02 VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUND MINN.
Pursuant to due calll and notice thereof, the Regularm' eetlng' of
the Mound Village Counckil, was held in their Council Room on the
second day of March 1937, at 8:00 P.M.
Officers present; W.C.Huestis President, March, Yost , Tuff & Horton.
Minutes of the lastRegular Meetingwere read and approved as read.
A motion by March seconded by Tuff, that the President appoint a
Committee to establish a Municipal Liquor Store, who will be authorized
to make the neccessary purchases and also work out an efficient
accounting method for the operation of same,
Motion Carried.
The president appointed, F.YOST? Ralph March ~ C.L.Tuff as members of
the Liquor Committee, with F.Yost as Chairman.
Motion by March Seconded by Yost, That the Clerk be paid $30.00 out of
the Water Fund for extra time in 1936 as Registrar of the Water Works,
and $30.00 out ~f the General Fund for making out assesament roll fro
'new road work in 1936 , Motion Carried.
Motion by Tuff that the Amendment to Ordinance #32 be rescinded, there
being no support-to the motion it was nor voted on.
The Bills were read and on Motion by Tuff seconded by March that bills
be paid, and Clerk draw warrants for same Motion Carried
