1937-04-06~ ~iCdTES OF ~'it~ i~i~I~u~v~m'ii~ os' ~i~ii~ MOUND VILLAGE COUNCIL APRIL 6th 1937 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting of the Mound Village Council,was held in their Council Room on the 6th day of April ~ 1937~ at 8:00 P.M. Officers present; W.C.Huestis President, Trustees March~ Yost, ?Grf & Horton. The Minutes of the last regular meeting and Special meeting were read and approved as read. A letter from W.H.A.Koehler, stating the price of the piece of land lying between Lot 6 and the Channel both of which are in Auditors Sub-Div 170 and all of Lot 15-Auditors Sub-Div 170, The Clerk was instructed to secure a diagram of above description and present same atthe next regular meeting. The Treasurers report of the Village Fire Department was read, showing a balance of $169.11 in the treasuary, and placed on file. The Clerk was instructed to Advertise for bids for first grade Tires and tubes for the Fire Truck. JA motion by Yost seconded by March, %hat $500.00 be transfered from the Water Fund to the Liquor Fund temporarily, Motion Carried. Bills were read and, A motion by Yost seconded by W~CH, that bills be paid and Clerk draw warrants for same Motion Carried. The Additing Committee reported they had checked and examined the books of the Treasurer and found them correct. Motion by Tuff seconded by March, that the committees report on the Treasurers books be accepted, Motion Carried. The Auditing Committee reported they had checked and examine~ the Clerks Books and found them correct, Motion by Yost seconded by Tuff, that the Auditing Committees report on the Clerks books be accepted, Motion Carried. 100.00 10.
