and W.P.A. allocatlon~. The ~econd contract w~ worded to leave
all direct village relief to local ~id ond ~uthorlty, the county
assuming U.C.C., P.'".~., end ~.P.~. a,~olgnment,~ only. ~ru~tee
,~arch moved that the village be bound under the ,~econd form,
leavln~ the village to t~ke c~re of It~ own direct relief ca-es.
