Bowers, with tower erected and s!ren~ installed according to ~pectficatton~ ~?s odvertlsed, wa's ~326-.&6. There being no further bids, or bidders, it wa~ moved by ~lwin that L. J. Bowe~ bid be acceoted by the council and that the work of erection ~nd installation proceed at once. This motion was suooorted by Trustee '.?inkel snd csrried by the council.
