MII~UTES OF TH.V_. SPECIAL MEETING OF THE MOUND VISAGE COUNCIL HELD
June 1~, 1940.
~he purpose of this meeting, convened at 8.00 P. M., was to receive
the report of the Park Improvement Committee and to authorize action'
on t. he basis of such report.
Responding to roll-call were ~.~ayor J. C. Krause, Trustees P. F.
WinSel ~nd C. R. Ferrall, with Alwin ~s Clerk-Recorder. Trustee
Jones was absent.
Present for the committee were ~,¢r. Frank Achenbach, Y, rs Gilbert Cl~rk,
.r~rs. W. C. Huestis, snd Mr J. C. Erause.
Representing the W. P. A. authority was ~fr. John Perry.
Author of and responsible for detail was ~r. Irwin ~alakousky, Architect.
After a discussion of room and placement for a kitchen in the Club
House by committee members, it was moved by ~r~ ~ C. Huesti~ that the
pIats and enumerated details as offered, with suggested changes, be
submitted to the council for approwal.
Such motion being acceptable to the Park Improvement Committee, ~Trustee
C. R. Ferrall ~oved, Alwin suoporting, that the council accept the
report of the committee and that the same be ~ubmitted to the Works
Brogress Administr~tton for aporoval. The council concurring in this,
the plats and prepared detail w~re at once put into the hands of
wt. Perry for action by the Federal Government.
There being no further business, the meeting stood adjourned.
