3rd, 1940, the primary election of ~eot. 10th, ~nd the sdJourned
regular meetin~ of ~eot. ITth, it ws~ moved by Trbstee Jones to
delete from the minutes all action tsken ~t a public hearing with
contrector~ following the ~dJournment of the council ~t the ~dJourned
regulor me~ting of ~eot l?tb. The re~on being that it did not repre-
sent ~ction by the council. Trustee Ferr~!l ~uooorted this motion,
