The clerk having presented the complete ~ssessment spread Ocr Lots
!, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 of Plock 7, ~hlrley Hills, Unit P~, it was
moved by Trustee Evan Jones that the same be ~ooroved by the
council. Trustee WinkeI seconded this motion, the re~t of the
council concurring.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.

The p~.~rpose of the meeting was to come to an agreement on the
~ound "On .~ale" Lieuor ~tore. Present were ,~ayor J. C. Krause,
Trustees ~inkeI Jones an8 ~lson, with Alwin as Recorder
After lengt~ discussion , it was finally moved by Trustee Jones
that the Liquor Committee be authorized to confere with E. C.
Streater for the rental of the .~.nseth Building, or one to take
its place on the same Ices. rich, the rental to be on lbo basis
of specifications submitted, and with the proviso of ample parking.
Also that the committee was to have a free h~nd in the matt,r of
rent. This motion was supported by 01son, the council agreeing.
Alwin moved that the Liquor Committee prepare a written contract
with E. C. 2treater covering terms for the payment of eculoment
for the "On Oale" store, and also for the final purchase of the
~ld~ and the payment of rent. This motion was seconded by Trustee
WinkeI, the council approving.
By ~neral agreement, the clerk was ~uthorized to confer with printers
for the supplying of materials for the new ~?~tem of acco~mting.
