The puroose of this meeting was to give a hearing for the Fernside
Avenue Water ~,~ain Extension nott,ce for which was advertised in
the ~innetonka Pilot for ~.~ay 8th, 1941. However, due to the pre-
viously arranged absence ~Pom the village of ~ayor J. C. Krause
and Trustee E. ?~. Olson, and it being doubtful, for this reason,
whether the council could assemble a cuorum necessary for action,
this meeting was postponed until such next meeting of the council
es might be of~'icially authorized.
