Trustee Hondorf moved that Gilbert ~lakstvedt, ~caretaker of the Mo~ Union Cometary, be paid ~150.00 for the Eear 194~ G. Broeckert supported this motion, the council co~nc~ring~ ~' On a motion by trustee G. F. Broecker%, Hondorf supporting, the council authorized that all mon~ents on graves~ be set on founda- tions sunk 3-~ feet ~der ground ~nd supplied wl~h 6 inches of overhand all-~round, on ground level, to serve ~s a wheel-race for the law~ower. ~'urther, that all m~rkers be l~id l~el with the ground. Trustee Eondorf moved that cometary custodian Arth~ Molmquist be authorized to build a cometary storage building oi' cement blocks, 8xlOxT, with a gabled roof, s single window to the west, snd a door facing East. ~uch building to be looated st an appropriate and convenient place slo~ the North si~ of cometary ground's. Trustee ~roeck,r% seconded this motion, the cou~cil ~gr~elng. In connection with the current needs of the ~Ir9 Dept., Trustee Newcomb moved that the vill~ge p~chase 10 flre~.en's hats, 10 pre *e rr~.bly white rubber co,ts, snd ten pair~ o~ hip boots from such firm or persons s~ best ~ble to m~ke deliv.'~ry. ~roeckert ~uooorted this motion, the council co~%c~rlng.
