UIMUTES OF THE M~ULAR 5~E~ING OF THE NOUND VILLAGE COUNCIL HELD
August 8th, 1944.
Responding for roll-sail at this meeting were Mayor Louise Huestis,
Trustees Ron~erf, Newc.omb, an~ ~reecker~, with Alwin recording.
The Nesting opened with a hearing given to Mr. ,etCh~ll of the State
Highway Dept. who urged parallel parking for the village as resulted
by State Law.
In conformity te the above, Newcomb moved %he adoPtion of a form of
traffic Ordinance recommended by the League of Minnesota Munlcips. llties
and the ~tate Highway Departmen~b with such .revisions and adapts%ions
as foun~ necessary, and that the same be published in the Ninne%onka
Pilot ef Aug. 17, 1944. Alwin seconded this motion, the council
concurring
On a motion by Newcomb, ~roeckert supporting, the council authorized
the renewal of the following insurance:
