Trustees Rondor, Newcomb, & ~reecker~, with ~lwin recording.
Preseht als~ te sit in at the public hearing coveri~ a proposed
change In ~he zoning law were W. H. A. Keehler, chairman, G. A. Tyler,
Ralph Narch, and Arth~ Helm9uist of the Zeni~ ~es~rd. Jacobsen
&Jaeobson, architects, were present to represent their interewt in
the council's reception of bids In the construction ef the municipal
bidS .
The minutes of the previous meeting having l~een read and approved
~fter a revision of descriptive matter covering land involved in
the proposed commercial zone extension, a hearing was given to
W. H. A. Koehler te state the position of the Zoning Bear~ in the
Zoning Isw revision. Thereupon Newcomb moved that the whole zoning
law ma~ter be referred bac~ to the Zoning Beard for its further
consideration an~ recommendations. Rondorf supported this motion,
the council concurring.
Ne .bids being offered, Alwin moved to readvertise,~!for
~f the munlc~ .bids
On a motion by Rondorf, ~roeckert supporting, the Council
the levying of $10,OOO of general and street purpose taxe~
year 1945
