The purpose of this meeting was te ce~ider the necessity ef widen-
i~g the new ~unlcipal Building and tO?receive and act upon petitions
requesting the bituminizing of Dell ?treet and an unauthorized portion
of Pryant Ave., Highland Poulevard, from its intersection with
Central Ave. te its terminus against village parkland, ~nd streets
within the platted portion of the Paptist's Assembly ~roun~.

Newco~, ~.nd Breeckert, with ~win rec. or~ing.
