This occurred in the minutes of the ,oeJourn~d regular meeting of '::~ept. 18th. The council also ~uthorized revision or' s motion by Newcemb ordering the wldenin~ of the munlcipel building to fifty-two feet, such revision 1:o indlcatet%hat the widening h~.5 the sporoval o~ the ~ar Product ton ~oard. A?ooearlng before the co~nci! .~t thi~ time were ~.~e~ser~ Inverson, Pelion, & Forkey who petitioned for s lowering ~nd improving of the grade at the intersections of Falrwood and Lakeview Avenues and ~long Fslrwood to its JunctUre with Wakefield Avenue. On _~ motion by Newcomb, Alwin supporting~ the council referred t~e ms. tier to the Mo~d Committee for investigation ~nd consecuent reco.~mend~tion. ~fter the courts, il he~rlng the tressurer'~ reoort, Newcomb moved thai the toe aooroved ~nd ordered filed, rroeckert seconded this motion council agreeing. 1~snsger t~. N. Johnson presenting ~ financial report covering the llouor store, trustee ~ewcomb moved its approval and ~cceptance. This motion w~.s supoorted by Rondorf, the council conc-u~,lng.
