The minutes of the previous meetings were read and aporoved with the
excevtio, n of s resolution initiated by the Hennepin ~.'.o. land Co~missloner
with reference to s list of tax dellnc~uent land ~,ithin the village
s.nd which the clerk spread uoon the minutes without the authorization
of the council. This occurred in the minutes of the ,oeJourn~d regular
meeting of '::~ept. 18th. The council also ~uthorized revision or' s motion
by Newcemb ordering the wldenin~ of the munlcipel building to fifty-two
feet, such revision 1:o indlcatet%hat the widening h~.5 the sporoval o~
the ~ar Product ton ~oard.
A?ooearlng before the co~nci! .~t thi~ time were ~.~e~ser~ Inverson,
Pelion, & Forkey who petitioned for s lowering ~nd improving of the
grade at the intersections of Falrwood and Lakeview Avenues and
~long Fslrwood to its JunctUre with Wakefield Avenue. On _~ motion
by Newcomb, Alwin supporting~ the council referred t~e ms. tier to
the Mo~d Committee for investigation ~nd consecuent reco.~mend~tion.
~fter the courts, il he~rlng the tressurer'~ reoort, Newcomb moved thai the
toe aooroved ~nd ordered filed, rroeckert seconded this motion
council agreeing.

store, trustee ~ewcomb moved its approval and ~cceptance. This motion
w~.s supoorted by Rondorf, the council conc-u~,lng.
On a motion by Newcomb, ~ondorf suPoortlng, the council ~uthorized the
transfer of ~l~O00.O0 from the Liquor Fund te the Road Fund.

RE~OEVED that, on any legal petition properly presented and bearln~
signatures representing s recuired m~Jorlty, the ~eund Vtlla6e Council
will proceed in preparing the ro~d bed ~nd in t~ring shy village msin-
talned street on the basis that one-half (~) of the cost of such ~ravel
lng ~nd tarin~ shs. ll b= borne by benefited fronts~e~ and one-h,olf (~)
of such cost sh~ll be borne by {he Vill~6e of 5~ound cut of its Road
Improvement Wund.

Trustee Broeckert moved that the council sdvertlse a hearing with
r~ference to the taring of'Hillside Avenue, s~.me to be held at ~he
