Since ail, lot, owners present, With thai exception. 6f'. Mr & ~irs. G~rald,
were opposed to rezoning th.eir, partic,u~l~,.r. Lots,. but' were not~ opposed
to. the presence of a feed mill, R. J.. Rondorf. prese~t.ed the .fol.lowing
resolution l and moved its a,dop,tion, to wi%:..

Yeas: Rondi rf, Newcomb, Broeckert, and Al%~in. Nays, None. And
so the. re,s~ lution stood adopted.

applidatio~$ the .council unanimously ordered the issuance of the
