The meeting .proceeded with a public hearing .covering 'the pavin~ and the installation of curb, gutter, and sidewalks. Pavin~ to proceed Northward on Central, from the intersections of Dell Str. and Lynwold Ave. to the villa~e limits, and to be accomp~ied by curb & gutter, and wal~sto terminate at points Sou~ of the inter- section, with Central Ave.,, of Grand View Drive.
