Present were Trustees Winkel, White and Bly; and

was absent for cause.
In the matter of i~;~. Rondorf's sidewalk on Park Ave., ~r. White
reported that when ?'r. Storey had requested ;~r. Rondorf's request
in writing th~; zhe charge'bm~added to his assessment, ~r. Randorf
had stated the council had n ct acted properly in the matter and
he would not pay fo~- the ~idewalk.

PARK .~VE - It was l~arned that on the water main, notice must be
published,., twice and then th~ final hearing held~ and on the paving,

held on this assessment.
Zr. 5olner was asked to present to the council his legal opinion on
zhe ~uestions involved in Zhese two I:-'o[ect~ and the matter of
making a general levy to cower deficiencies in such
~-r. Wolner was ~sked to obtain f'~-om 'L..'. Kelly his memoranda on
the conference ?~r. Kelly had with -the O.?7. 'qy.
The matter of the a::f.ointment cf an ~sessor for tl-e vz=~aoe was
discussed~ nc decision wa~ reached.
