was discussed with citizens present. Th~ sugs~tion vas made

In the matter of 'the dump, ~'~.r. Storey st'~-.ed it would
.be neces~a, ry soon to gat the dump cleaned up, covered and leveled
offf, got some signs put up and s~ road provided. 'ir. Thomas was
present to learn ~f the council wished h.i~:~ to haul fill in
the .d'~p. ~k'. ~torey recommended either making ar~angemcnts to
have the d~p supervised or to eliminate it, strongly favor!.ng
the latter, unless a long-range project is Dla~ed for a recrea-
tional ~rea there, to be completed with zhe aid of the Cotmty and
b7 pledging some of the liquor, sto~e ~eceipt~ to aid in financing

Th~ Villa'jo Council of T[ound, !~inne~ota, do ordain as follows:
Section 19 o-f said ordinance is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"2ection 19. ~.ny dog may be redeemed from the pound by
owner or keeps...· within the ti~:e st~ted in the notice
by the pa~ent to th~ village clerk of the tax for t~
y~ and on~ dollar pe~ d~.y for each d~y said
dog is confined in said I>ound as the cost of care and
feeding."
~ection B2 of said o,~dinance is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"Section B2. Any dog which is not clain~ed within seven
(~) dales after L~.poundin~_ ~a¥ ~'::e killed and buried by
th~ po,~dms~te~ or otherwise di~po~ed of."
