WHEREAS, a majority of the property owners abutting on Meadow Lane between
State Trunk Highway #110 and Dewey Avenue have requested the village council
in a petition dated July 1, 1946, to vacate such street accor~lr~ to law,
AND WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September
village council in the village hall on such petition after due published,
and posted notice had been given by the clerk on August 17 and August 24,
19~0, and allinterested person were g~ven an Ppportunit? robe heard,
AND WHEREAS, it appears that i~:'wi]l be for the best interest of the
village to approve such petition,
now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED, that such petition is hereby granted and
the street above mentioned is hereby vacated as a public s,treet.
