NOVEMBER 8, 2005
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of and for the City of Mound, Minnesota,
met in regular session on Tuesday, November 8, 2005, at 8:30 p.m. in the council
chambers of city hall.
Members Present: Chairperson Pat Meisel; Commissioners Bob Brown, Mike Specht,
John Beise and David Osmek.
Others Present: Executive Director Kandis Hanson, City Clerk Bonnie Ritter,
Community Development Director Sarah Smith, Public Works Director Carlton Moore.
1. Open Meeting
Chair Meisel called the meeting to order at 9:20 p.m.
2. Approve Agenda
Hanson requested the removal of item #4.
MOTION by Osmek, seconded by Specht to approve the agenda as amended. All
voted in favor. Motion carried.
3. Approve Minutes
MOTION by Brown, seconded by Beise to approve the minutes of the October 25, 2005
meeting. All voted in favor. Motion carried.

5. Adjourn
MOTION by Brown, seconded by Specht to adjourn at 9:21 p.m. All voted in favor.
Motion carried.
