The Mound Housing and Redevelopment Authority of and for the City of Mound
met in regular session on Tuesday, June 27, 2006 in the council chambers of city
hall.
Members Present: Chair Pat Meisel; Commissioners David Osmek, Mike
Specht, and John Beise.
Absent: Bob Brown
Others Present: Executive Director Kandis Hanson, City Clerk Bonnie Ritter,
Community Development Director Sarah Smith, Chuck Alcon, Dave Newman,
1. Open Meeting
Chair Meisel called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
2. Approve Agenda
MOTION by Specht, seconded by Beise to approve the agenda. All voted in
favor. Motion carried.
3. Approve Minutes
MOTION by Beise, seconded by Specht to approve the minutes of the June 13,
2006 meeting. All voted in favor. Motion carried.
4. Indian Knoll Manor Manager's Monthly Report
Rebecca of Westport Properties presented the monthly report as follows:
A. May Bank Statement
B. April Income Statement
C. Review of Bills Paid
MOTION by Beise, seconded by Specht to approve payment of the bills
for May 2006. All voted in favor. Motion carried.
D. Manager's Report: PHA Plan
MOTION by Beise, seconded by Specht to approve the Annual PHA Plan
for Fiscal year 2006. All voted in favor. Motion carried.
Mayor Meisel turned the meeting over to Acting Chair Osmek because of a
possible perceived conflict of interest.
5. Update on Redevelopment -Mound Harbor Renaissance Development,
LLC.
Chuck Alcon and Dave Newman of MHRD presented an update on the Lost Lake
and Auditor's Road Redevelopment. Bob Long of Welsh Properties spoke about
anticipated traffic flow and proposed parking lay-outs.

Mayor Meisel turned to preside over the rest of the meeting.
6. Adiourn
MOTION by Specht, seconded by Beise to adjourn at 7:12 p.m. All voted in
favor. Motion carried.
