JULY 24, 2007
The Mound Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Mound,
Minnesota, met in regular session on Tuesday, July 24, 2007 at 7:25 p.m. in the
council chambers of city hall.
Members present: Chair Mark Hanus; Commissioners David Osmek and John
Beise
Members absent: Commissioners Mike Specht and Greg Skinner
Others present: Executive Director Kandis Hanson, City Clerk Bonnie Ritter,
Community Development Director Sarah Smith, Cindy Reiter
1. Open meeting
Chair Hanus called the meeting to order at 7:25 p.m.
2. Approve agenda
MOTION by Beise, seconded by Osmek to approve the agenda. All voted in
favor. Motion carried.
3. Approve minutes
MOTION by Beise, seconded by Hanus to approve the minutes of the July 10,
2007 regular meeting. The following voted in favor: Hanus and Beise. The
following voted against: None. Osmek abstained from voting because he was
absent from the July 10th meeting. Motion carried.
4. Indian Knoll Manager's Monthly Report
Cindy Reiter presented the monthly report as follows:
A. June bank statement
B. May income statement
C. Review of bills paid: MOTION by Osmek, seconded by Beise to
approve the payment of bills for June 2007.
D. Manager's report -nothing noted.
5. Adjourn
MOTION by Osmek, seconded by Beise to adjourn at 7:26 p.m. All voted in
favor. Motion carried.
