The Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Mound,
Minnesota, met in regular session on Tuesday, August 14, 2007, at 7:20 p.m. in
the council chambers of city hall.
Members present: Chair Mark Hanus; Commissioners David Osmek, Mike
Specht, John Beise and Greg Skinner
Others present: City Attorney John Dean, Executive Director Kandis Hanson,
City Clerk Bonnie Ritter, Community Development Director Sarah Smith,
Amanda Schwarze
1. Open meeting
The meeting was called to order by Chair Hanus at 7:20 p.m.
2. Approve agenda
MOTION by Beise, seconded by Osmek to approve the agenda. All voted in
favor. Motion carried.
3. Approve minutes
MOTION by Hanus, seconded by Beise to approve the minutes of the July 24,
2007 as amended. All voted in favor. Motion carried.
4. Consideration/Action on Resolution Modifying Tax Increment District by
the Elimination of Parcel Therefrom
MOTION by Osmek, seconded by Specht to adopt the following resolution. All
voted in favor. Motion carried.
RESOLUTION NO. 07-04H: RESOLUTION MODIFYING TAX INCREMENT
DISTRICT BY THE ELIMINATION OF PARCEL THEREFROM

MOTION by Osmek, seconded by Specht to adjourn at 7:22 p.m. All voted in
favor. Motion carried.

RESOLUTION N0.07-04H
RESOLUTION MODIFYING TAX INCREMENT DISTRICT
BY THE ELIMINATION OF PARCEL THEREFROM
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of
Mound, Minnesota as follows:
1. Redevelopment Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-2 is hereby modified by
eliminating therefrom the following parcel of land, to wit:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 2, Shirley Hills, Unit F, Hennepin County, Minnesota
(PID No. 13-117-24-34-0022)
2. The current net tax capacity of the parcel equals or exceeds the original net tax
capacity of the area of land comprising the parcel.
3. The Finance Director of the City of Mound is hereby authorized and directed to
provide the County Auditor with all information and documents necessary to carry out the
objectives of this resolution.
Passed by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Mound,
Minnesota this 14~' day of August, 2007.
