MINUTES OF JULY 8,1997
The meeting was called to order by chairperson, Bob Polston at 7:OOPM in the
council chambers of Mound City Hall. In attendance were the following: Mark
Hanus, Leah Weycker, Andrea Ahrens, Bob Polston, Pinky Charon and Pauline
Payne. Liz Jensen was absent.
The first item of business was the approval of the consent agenda which included
the minutes of the June 10, 1997 meeting and a list of bills totaling $ 9,402.81. A
motion to approve was made by Leah and seconded by Andrea. The motion was
called and passed unanimously.
Bob made a motion to direct the city staff to work with Pinky to help her find
~ sources and then assist with the writing a grant if needed. The motion was
seconded by Andrea. The motion was called and passed unanimously.
A motion to adjourn was made by Mark and seconded by Andrea. The meeting was
adjourned at 7:30PM.

BOARD RESOLUTION FOR REVISED OPERATING BUDGET SUBNIISSION
The Mound Housing Authority Board of Commissioner has reviewed the Operating Budget for
the Mound Housing and Redevelopment Authority for the year ending September 30, 1997 and
has found it necessary to submit a revised budget.
