MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING -OCTOBER 28, 1997
The meeting was called to order by chairperson, Bob Polston at 7:30PM in the
council chambers of Mound City Hall. In attendance were the following: Mark
Hams, Leah Weycker, Andrea Ahrens, Liz Jensen, Bob Polston and Pinky Charon.
Three bids for the emergency repair of the roof were presented. A motion to accept
the Dalbec Roofing bid of $ 23, 322.85 because of the emergency nature of the
repair, their extensive knowledge of the roof ,excellent past work experience with
the HRA and their willingness to continue to patch any new leaks at cost until the
roof is repaired, was made by Mark and seconded by Liz. The motion was called
and passed unanimously.

adjourned at 8:OOPM.
