MINUTES OF ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING, May 24, 1954'
Meeting called to order at 8:00 P.M. at the Village Office.
Present were Mayor Behmler, Trustees Wenkstern, Pierce, Livingston
and Litts, Attorney Bonham and Manager Leikvold
PAVILION
Bids were opened on the sale of the Pavilion.
The following bids were received:
Mound Metalcraft $531.00
Ed. Bjerke $500.00
Both bids had conditions attached. Livingston moved, Pierce
seconded that all bids be rejected. The motion was carried; Wenkstern
not voting. BUILDING ORDINANC~
The proposed building ordinance was discussed. Some changes
were made, which the Attorney was directed to put into legal form.
The Manager was instructed to check with other villages to see what
they charge for building permits.

Meeting was called to order in the Park pavilion at 8:00 P.M.
present were Mayor Behmler, Tr'ustees Livingston, Litts, pierce,
Wenkstern, Attorney Bonham and Manager Leikvold.
Minutes of the regular meeting of May l0 were read, and on
motion by Pierce, seconded by Livingston, it was unanimously carried
that they be adopted as read.
Minutes of the adjourned regular meeting of May 24 were read,
and on motion by Litts, seconded by Wenkstern, it was unanimously
carried that they be adopted as read.
