VILLAGE OF MOUND
MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING, July 12, 1954
Meeting called to order at 8:00 P.M. in the Park Pavilion.
Present were Mayor Behmler, Trustees Livingston, Litts and Wenk-
stern, Attorney Bonham and Manager Leikvold. Trustee Pierce was
out of town.
The minutes of the meeting of Jun~/1,4 were read. Livingston
-moved, Wenkstern seconded, and it was uha~imously passed to approve
the minutes as read.
The minutes of the meeting of June 24 were read and on motion
by Litts, seconded by Livingston and unanimous vote were adopted as
read ·
The minutes of the Board of Review meeting of July 7 were read.
Livingston moved, Wenkstern seconded and it was unanimously carried
to accept the minutes as read.

carried to pay the following bills where funds are available$

Litts moved, Wenkstern seconded, and it was unanimously carried
to appoint Judson Snell Justice of the Peace to finish out the term
of Roger Reed.
EMPLOYEES UNION
The Council agreed to meet with the business agent of the
Union on August 2nd at 8:00 P.M. at the Village Office.
On motion duly made, seconded, and carried, the meeting adjourned

Frank Tussler was present to protest the valuation of his
