VILLAGE OF MOUND
DITCH BY GEORGE 0HMAN
A request by George Ohman for a culvert across Elm Street to
divert the water which flows into his yard into the school yard
instead of flowing in an open ditch between his property and Elm
Street, was read. The cost of this culvert was estimated at
$156.00. Livingston moved, Wenkstern seconded and it was unani-
mously carried that if 0hman would pay part of the expense, the
Village would pay up to $100 toward it inasmuch as this situation
was caused when Elm Street was put in a few years ago and blocked
the natural flow of the water.
