The applicatLons for manager were reviewed and the Acting Manager is directed
to smd an a~plicati0n blank to 5, 9, 27, 19, 21, 50 and from 28, 26 additional
information~ & dated picture, a letter "why they desire this positon", also
accounting background and experience, salary expelted, their organizational
activities, local, fraternal, and civic.
AOTING MANAGER
Extended Employmn t
M~cion of Livingston, seconded Pierce that the employment of Harry Martin as
Acting Manager be extended through April 30th, 1956, with compensation at
the rate of $200 per month plus all reported expenses. Motion Carried unanimously.
P~ESI GNATION
Ralm~d H. Lifts
Mr. ~Aymond N. Lifts presented a letter of resignation effective at once and
with regrets the council accepted same. The acting manager is directed to
write Mr. Lifts a letter of council acceptance of his resignation and to express
the co,oils regrets at losing him and his services and to express their apprec-
iation for his ooopera~on and unselfish service to the Village.
BILLS
Motion Pierce, seconded Adam and it was unanimously carried to pay the fol-
lowing bills uben funds are available.
