Highway ~15 RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSME~T and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the 0ouncll has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for the improvement of Highway ~1§ as follows: 1. From the West line of Highway ~110 to the East line of L~ke Street on the Southerly side of said Highway ~1§ and from the West line of Highway ~110 to the North line of Lot 30, Lynwold Path, on the Northerly and Easterly side of said Highway ~ 1§ by the installation of curb and gutter, and, 2. From the West line of Highway ~110 to the North line of Lot 30, Lynwold Park, on the Northerly and Easterly side of said Highway ~1§ by the installation of a sidewalk, and, 3. At the e~piration of this period the village council has an option to purchase the roller. (Op$ion purchase price to be ~0.00) Motion carried unanimously. MOUSOLIL~S The Harold ~usoliumCompany of Louisville, Illinois made a request for an option on cemetary lots in Mound Union Cemetary and the right to make a sur~ey of the community for sale of crypts. ~en enough crypts are sold the right, to exercise the option of purchasing the lots and to construct a Mousolium in Mound Union Cemetary. The option contained the following requirements: A. 7~% of crypts to be for Mound residents only and 2~% of crypts for outside residents. B. The price per lot is to be $60.00. C. Number of lots 18. D. Option to be for six months from August 9, 19~6. E. Construction of Mousolium to conform to the Village Building and Zoning Code. F. Location of optioned lots to be approved by Village Manager, Mayor Behmler~ and two of Council Members. M~. C. ~. Boehme the companies representative to be granted the option. Motion by Adams, seconded by Livingston. Motion unanimously carried. VILLAGE DUMP The council voted to take over the Village Dump. The Village Manager will operate it. GREYH0~ND BUS SCHEDULE Motion by Livingston, seconded Adams that the new bus schedule be disapproved. A hearing is desired. Motion carried unanimously. FIRE STATION Motion by Adams, seconded by Lockhart that the Fire Statioh Bond Interest payment to be taken out of (Fund 3~) General Fund for August l, 19~6 payment (sum of $~2.33). This is a change in manner of paying as set up in council meeting of August 6, 19~6. Motion carried unanimously. LIQUOR BILL Motion by Livingston~ seconded b~,~ Adams that we pay Griggs Cooper, inc. $1,~0.61 when money isav~ilable.
