~eeting called to .order in the Fire Station by Mayor Behm let at 8:OO P.M.
Present were ~ayor Behm let, Trustees Livingston, Adams and Pierce, and
Manager Boxell.

B. O.K. to follow the plan outlined, as shown on plans:
1. Add another metal building to east of present ones this year
2. 1957 add office building in front of existing buildings and brick
face the entire south side of all buildings.
Adopting of mill levy for 1957: The following sums of money be raised by tax
upon the taxable property of the Village for the following purposes for the
General Fund 29.4 mills $30,429
Firemen' s ~elief 1.0 " 1,035
Park Fund 2.5 " 2,587
Fire Hall Bonds 3.1 " ~
Total ~ "
Further, not to levy $3,000 for Street I~provememt Fund (Project #15, Curb a
~utter on Grant & Yale Street), not to levy $1,700 on Project #14, and not to
levy $6,200 for the P.I.R. Fund as previously certified. The roll being called,
the same was adopted by the following vote:

On motion duly made, seconded and carried, the meeting adjourned to recon-
