The Council instructed the Village Manager to enforce the ordinance as adopted as soon as it is legal. JUSTICE OF PEACE The appointment to fill the unexpired 'term of Justice of the Peace was tabled until the regular meeting of November 5, 1956. Pierce moved, Lockhart seconded, and it ~as unanimously carried that the Village of Mound cooperate with the State Department of Highways on snow removal as outlined in their memorandum entitled, "Outline of Plan and Policy for Snow Removal from Streets in Cities and Villages." The roll being called, the vote was as follows: Adam~ Yea Pierce Yea Lochart Yea Livingston Yea Behmler Yea VILLAGE Of MOUND PROJECT #16 Highway Livingston moved that the Special. sum of $3,614.12 be approved. Assessment Roll for Project #16 for the Pierce seconded the motion and the roll call was as follows: Ada~ Yea Pierce Yea Lockhar~ Yea Livingston Yea Behmler Yea Adams moved, Livingston seconded and it was unanimously carried to approve the bill in the amount of $13,644.21 presented to the Village of Mound by Hennepin County as the Village's share of Project #16.
