AT THE MOUND COUNCIL CHAMBERS Present were: Mayor Tim Lovaasen, Councilmen Orval Fenstad, Gordon Swenson, Robert Polston and Be.n Withhart; City Manager Leonard L. Kopp and Engineer William McCombs. DRAINAGE ON LYNWOOD BLVD. Present were Orville Eddy and his attorney, Elizabeth Bonham. Engineer McCombs outlined the possible ways to construct the storm sewer and also the percentages of the assessment the County would furnish. The engineer will have these f`.°gures for the April 12th meeting. POLICE RESERVE COMMENDATION Lovaase.n moved. and, Fenstad seconded a motion RESOLUTION 77-127 RESOLUTION COMMENDING THE POLICE RESERVE FOR SERVING THE CITY OF MOUND The roll call vote was unanimously i.n favor APPLICATION FOR LAND FOR WETLANDS PURPOSES Withhart moved a.nd Fenstad seconded a motion RESOLUTION 77-128 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING APPLICATION FOR CONVEYANCE FROM THE STATE OF LOT5 1 & 22, BLOCK 3, DREAMWOOD FOR WETLANDS The vote was unanimously in favor SPRUCE ROAD - PHILIP WEILAND Phil Weiland appeared and complained about the road, the ditches a.nd the culverts. The Public W©rks Director stated that what is needed in this area is a storm sewer, that any work cleaning ditches and culverts would. o.n1y be a it~~~~'~r~~~~~.i~-~~e. Polston moved and Fenstad seconded a motion RESOLUTION 77-129 RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE ENGINEER TO UP DATE THE SPRUCE ROAD REPORT AND CITE CONTRIBUTING CAUSES AND PROBABLE WAYS OF CORRECTION The vote was unanimously in favor COMMONS MAINTENANCE AND PERMITS Hal Larson, Park Commission Chairman a.nd Alan Greene, former Park Commission Chairman outlined their concept of the Commons Maintenance rules for estabLsFhiitig- rules for implementing maintenance permits.
