Kopp, City Manager. PUMP HOUSE BIDS FOR WELL NO. 7 George Boyer of Eugene Hickok & Associates recommended. the lob' bid. of Stevens Well Drilling of Maple Plain, Mn for Bid. A -Pump House No. 7 and. Bid. B -Well Pump. Withhart moved. and Swenson seconded a motion RESOLUTION 77-146 RESOLUTIONT: ACCEPTING THE BIDS AND AWARDING THE BID TO STEVEN5 WELL DRILLING FOR BID A - PUMP HOUSE NO. 7 - $40, 401.00 AND BID B - WELL PUMP - $6, 803. 00 The wte was unanimously in favor BID FOR ADDITIONAL ELECTRICAL CONTROLS IN THE WATER SYSTEM George Boyer of Eugene Hickok & Associates recommends the Bid of Stevens Well Drilling for Bid C -Additional Electrical Controls that would allow the automatic control of up to 10 wells. Swenson mmoved a.nd Withhart seconded a motion RESOLUTION 77-147 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BIDS AND ~, AWARDING THE CONTRi4~CT TO STEVENS WELL DRILLING - $7, 450. 00 FOR ADDITIONAL ELECTRICAL CONTROLS TO BE INSTALLED IN WELL HOUSE NUMBER 6 The vote was unanimously in favor AQUATROL CONTROLS Optional bids were received on Bids A and C using Aquatrol Controls instead of Autocon Controls - Bid. A would be reduced. by $5, 290. 00 and Bid. C would. be reduced by $1, 055.00. Mr Boyer stated. he was not fam~ia~, avith this equipment but could check it out. Swenson moved and. Polston seconded a motion to direct Eugene Hickok & Associates to look into the Aquatrol Control equipment and report back to the council with a view of possible savings by changing equipment. The vote was unanimously in favor WELL NUMBER 6 -Public Works Director stated~.tha`~ ~W'etl ~ 6 is .now operating manually. GASOLINE BIDS One bid was received for 1977 petroleum requirements. Polsto.n moved and Swenson seconded a motion RESOLUTION 77-148 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID FOR 1977 PETROLEUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CITY OF MOUND AND AWARDING THE BID TO BILL CLARK 65 The vote was unanimously in favor. Withhart moved. and Polston seconded. a motion to adjourn until after the program of Criminal Justice from the District Attorney's Office of Hen.nepi.n County. The vote was unanimously in favor, so carried and adjourned. The mayor called the meeting to order at 9:30 P. M, and the Multiple Dwelling Proposed. Ordinance Section 16 was studied. ;in detail. COVER THE CLOCK Withhart moved. and Swenson seconded. a motion to waive the requirments: of Resolution 77-16 and continue the meeting. The vote was unanimously in favor. Lovaasen moved a.nd.
