Lovaasen moved and Withhart seconded a motion to table this request.- The vote was four in favor and Fenstad voted ATay. Motion carried - to table request. YOUT~i COPu^'IISSION Debbie McIntyre, Chairperson for the Youth Commission, presented a memo with two requests: 1) Asking for the appointment of four members to the Commission and 2~ tI"iat the Council have a letter sent to Telephone Company requesting an outdoor public phone be installed at one of two downtown locations to serve the needs of the Youth and Community. The Youth Commission also challenged the City Council to a Volley Ball Ga1.~e to be played Sunday, Au~•ust 28, 1977 at 3 P.M. in riound Bay Park with the loser to sponsor a Community activity in the near future.
