1977-10-04162 REGULAR ;1EET I rJG OF THE CITY C~~JMC 1 L October 4, 177 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of htound, Hennepin County, Minnesota was held at 5341 Maywood Road in said City on October 4, 1977 at 7:00 p.m. Those present were: Mayor Tim Lovaasen, Councitmembers Orval Fenstad, Robert Polston and Gorden Swenson. PLAN Gene Garvais, Fire Chief and several firemen were present to discuss the Firemen's Pension Plan as relates to the 197° Budget. ON A ONE YEAR BASIS !•lITH A STIPULATION THAT A FOUR YEAR PP,OGR.At1 BE DEVELOPED. The vote was unanimously in favor. SUBDIVISION OF LAMD - THE HIGHLAr1DS - LOTS 7-13, BLOCK 16 The Council continued discussion of this matter from a previous meeting. The Mayor opened the meeting for input from the public concerning the sub- division of this property. Said affidavit was then examined, approved and ordered filed in the office of the City Clerk. The Mayor then opened the hearing for public input on said water turn offs and persons present to do so were afforded the opportunity to express their views thereon. Persons present offering Questions or comments included: Barry LaVoie representing Richard Lansing, 1708 Dove Lane Brian Fiveland, 4740 Aberdeen Road The Mayor then closed the public hearing. Councilmember Fenstad suggested the intersection of County Road 125 and Brighton Boulevard be reviewed for additional stop signs. Fenstad moved and Swenson seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting to the next regular meeting of the Council on October 11, 19.77. The vote was. unanimously in favor, so earried and adjourned.
