REGULAR MEETING
OF THE
CITY COUNCIL
November 15, 1977
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinq_ of the City Council
of the City of Mound, Hennepin County, t?innesota was held at 5341 "Maywood Road
in said City on November 15, 1977 at 7:30 p.m.
Those present were: h?ayor Tim Lovaasen,
Polston, Orval Fenstad and Ben ~Jithhart.

Also present were City I~?anager Leonard
The minutes of the meeting of November 8, 1977 were presented for consideration.
Swenson moved and Polston seconded a motion to accept the minutes of the Council
meeting of November 8, 1977 with a correction on page two reflecting a defeated
motion regarding a variance on Shadywood Point. The vote was unanimously in

The Mayor reopened the public hearing on the Lynwood Boulevard Subdivision
continued from the meeting of September 20, 1977.
Engineer Rick Sathre presented a slide presentation of the proposed subdivision.

Lovaasen moved and lfithhart seconded a motion

AMENDMENT AND FO^~IARD IT TO THE L.'~?.C.D.
The vote was unanimously in favor.

Fenstad moved and Swenson seconded a motion to adjourn to the next regular
meeting scheduled for tovember 22, 1°77. The vote was unanimously in favor,
so carried and adjourned.
