Larson offered the following resolution and moved its PROTECTION W~TH
adoption: THREE POINTS
~EREAS, a blanket contract for Outside Fire Protection with the Three
Points Playgrounds Association, Inc. be accepted, and
. WHEREAS, the contract to be the same as the contract ~ith Spring Park,
with the following changes:
WHERF2~S;" the" fee'~be, $400.00, and
~EREAS, the revocation limit be 30 days for both parties, and
.~HE~EAS, the Village of Mound assume the $60 per hour Service Charge
collection, the Association not to be held liable for this charge, and
WHEREAS, providing this agreement would be legal and binding by any
opinions of State Statutes or Municipal Laws, relative to Volunteer Fire
Depts. of a Village furnishing this type of protection, and
WHEreAS, the contract to be in force from March 1, 1958 to March 1, 1959.

refund~ on Individual Fire Service Contracts for Three Points residents,
prorated as follows:
For 1958 contracts, a refund of...$5.00 ; others prorated on the basis of
$2.00 a year for length of time in ~ce.
