The meeting was called to order by Mayor Behmler; present were Trustees
Livingston, Adams, Brazman, Larson and Manager Boxell.
Minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 11, 1958 were read. Brazman
moved and Larson seconded a motion to accept the minutes as read, the
vote was unanimous in favor, so carried to accept.
The Minutes of the Special Meeting of March 27, 1958 were read. Livingston
moved and Adams seconded a motion to accept the minutes as read, the vote
was unanimou~ in favor, so carried to accept.
Livingston moved and Larson seconded a motion to pay the following bills
where funds are available:

hundred eighty yards (680), more or less, of crushed gravel
to be loaded on village trucks. Quote unit price per yard.
Trucks to be loaded at any time between 8:00 A.M. and 5 P.M.
Monday through Friday. In arriving at best bid, 10 cents
per yard will be used for cost of hauling.

Brazmai: moved that the Liquor 'Store On Sale Reopening Petition be

an adjourned meeting, set for April 29, 1958, 8:00 P.M., at the
Fire Station.

Dogs running loose on the streets of the Village will be picked up and
put in the Dutch Lake Kennels, as of April 26, 1958. Owner will have
to pay board bill on reclaiming his dog.

Liquor On Sale by Council and a group of interested spectators;'
Brazman moved that the Council instruct the manager to give us facts
and figures as to the cost of re-opting the On Sale Liquor ope~ration

Ray Cox, chairman of School Board District #277. requested the Village
Council to have a definite answer on their position on a sewage disposal

The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. by Mayor Behmler, present
were Trustees, Larson and Brazman. Barbara Heyman took minutes in
the absence of the Village Manager.
Elizabeth Bonham representing Wm. Dressel, and Mr. Wm.
Dressel were present and offered the Plat of Ln-~gdon Heights
for acceptance by the Council..
Bonham stated the Council was required to accept the plat under
