Brazman moved the rinutes be accepted as read, Livingston seconded, the vote was unamious in favor, so accepted. The monthly bills were presented. Adams moved that all bills except Liquer Bills be paid ~ere funds are available. Livingston seconded the motion~ all im favor~ so c ar~_ed. LIQUOR BI LLS Liquor Bills were presented. M~micipa]~ties, was discussed ar~d~ I~%rson offered the follo~ving resolution and moved its approval, B~TEi~AS after studs~.n~ vario~s methods such as or~ar~ization of a county-~gde Drainage District, use of the Jofnt Powers Act~ special legisla ion~ and organization of a Lake Minnetonka Dra. i~age D~str.~ct under the Minnesota Water-shed District Act as the most practical and expedient vehicle for organizing to abate smd control pollution and other water problems im the Lake Min~etonka area. K ~.Tr.~ann o Brazman offered the following resolution and moved its adoption~ k~EP~]AS be it resolved by the Village Co~mcil of the Village of Mound that conditioned upon their expressed warranty to obtain consent of the Co~mty Highway Department and Village of Mound Water D epartment~ and upon their expressed warranty to conform to all requirements of said departments as to the engineering and construction thereof, and to hold the Village of Mound harmless in all regards therefore. Keswick Property - Campus Crusade for Ch~.st, discussion on present and future plans for the developement and use ~of this property. P~ferred to the Village Attorney for further study. The street naming and house numbering project was discussed. Livingston offered the following resolution and moved its approval, WHEP~AS be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Mound that the Mohawks Junior Chamber of Commerce be commended for the thorough study~ and effort directed to their study of a street naming and house numbering system for the Village of Mound and for the excellence of the finished project, WHEREAS it be further resolved that the Village Attorney be directed to study the legal means for placing s~d proposed system into operation so that this council may so proceed to place the same into effect.
