and Larson seconded that the minutes be accepted as read. The vote was

WHEHEAS~ the applications for renewal of 3.2 Beer Licenses were recom-
mended by the Manager to the Co~mcil; and upon the question of any
compl~znts~ the manager stated~'None'} hereby the Council granted the
renewals.
Brazman seconded the motion~ the vote was ~aminious"in favor.

Brazman moved the matter be tabled and referred back to Village
Attorney for further study. Larson seconded the motion, the vote
was unanimous in favor.
Sewage - Watershed District
Mr. Livingston reported that the Water-shed project is moving ahead as
good as can be expected; due to fact many of the Councils have members
absent on vacations $o no action has been taken by them on the resolu-
tion as presented for ratification of a water-shed district. At the
present time six have acted in favor of the resolution and three pro-
mised to do so at their next Council meeting.
Brazman moved the meeting be adjourned until August 19, 1958 at 8:00
P.M., Momad Fire Stations. Larson seconded the motion, the vote was
unanimous in favor, so carried and adjourned.

Brazman moved and Larson seconded that the certification of the proposed
plat of Mack's Addition be denied and the same directed back to the
petitioners on the grounds that; the proposed width of'Landgon Place'
does not comply%~th the Village's 60 foot street width requirement; that
the proposed name 'Landgon Place' may not comply with the overall street
naming project and the Detitioners be directed to contact the Mohawks
Junior Chamber of Commerce with reference hereto.
The vote was four yeas and one nay, so carried.
