Adams moved the meeting adjourn~o September 9~ 1958 Regular Meeting
at the Mound Village Hall. Brazman seconded the motion, the vote was
unanimous in favor~so carried and adjourned.

The Minutes of Regular Meeting of August 12, 1958 were read.
Behmler made a motion that said minutes be corr, ected t~ include;
"Hours for the poles to be open - 7 A.M. to 8 P.M. September 9,
1958 - at the Mound Fire Station"

The following transfer of funds were acted upon:
Brazman offered the following resolution and moved its adoption,
WHEREAS, the sum of $4, 000.00 be transferred from the Liquor
Fund to the General Fund.

transferred to the P. I.R. Sinking Fund; as repayment
on the loan made from P. I.R. to Project #9.

The following contract for 1958-59 between the Village of Mound and
the Suburban Hennepin County Relief Board of Hennepin County
Brazman offered the following resolution and moved its adoption,
WHEREAS,
be it resolved, that the contract heretofore submitted,
signed and executed by the Suburban Hennepin County
Relief Board of the County of Hennepin for and during
the year 1958 - 59, for the administration and super-
vision of Poor Relief in the Village of Mound be, and
the same is hereby accepted, approved, renewed and
extended for the.during the year 1958 - 59 with the
same force and effect as though sitid original contra.ct,
above discribed, were redated and resigned and ex-
ecuted as of the date thereof.
The question was on the adoption of the Resolution, and upon a
second by Livingston the roll call vote was as follows:

Harlan Upton petitioned the Council for a hearing on the following
described property; Plat 61680 Parcels 3000 and 1350 Lot 3 and
South 50 ft, of Lot 2 Kohman Additon to Mound.
Livingston offered the following resolution and moved its adoption,
WHEREAS, be it resolved that a notice be published in the Mirmetonka
Pilot, for a public hearing to be held, October 1, 1958 at
8:00 P.M. at the Mound Fire Station, for the rezoning of
the above described property from Residential District A
to Residential District B.
