He will be present at the Regular Meeting in February and report on the pro- gress made on a master plan for the village. Audit Acco~mt ].957 Audit Bill - Firemen's Pelief Association A bill in the sum of $96.64 for the Audit of the Firemen's Relief Association is due and payable. Brazman moved the sum of $96.64 for the 1957 Audit of Association accounts be paid out of Fire Department Funds because the funds of the Firemen's Relief Association are depleted at this time. RESOLVED WHEREAS, there is available monies in the Water Fund exceeding current needs in the sum of $3,398.44 ~ the Village of Mound do hereby declare a surplus of $3~398.44 in the Water Fund. and, WHEREAS, the sum of $3,~98.~4 is still due on the 1957 State Audit fee and there are ~;available funds in the Audit Fund BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this said surplus of the Water Fund be a temporary loan to the Audit Fund and be so transferred to pay the said balance of $3~398.44 still orang on the 1957 State Audit~ and FIR~4EN'S RELIEF 1957 BILL LOAN FRC~ WATER DEPT. So Certificstion of Tax Levy TAX LEVY Larson offered the following r~sol~]tion and moved its adoption~ CEF~IFICATION k~EREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Mound at October 7, 19~8 meeting certified to the Couuty the sum of $3~900 for Fire Hall Bonds, and said amount exceeds requirements therefore to extent of $1,800. Now THEPJ~FUP~ BE IT P~SOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Mound that the certification for Fire Hall Bonds be reduced and a~mnded to be $2,100, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the additional sum of $1.800 be certified to the General F~md, but' however said sum so certified to the General F~nd be made first subject to any additional demands for the Fire Hall Bond Funds made by reason of deficiency of certifications therefore as amended and reduced.
